Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
The parties: Gali ("Gali"), and the office that signed up for the service ("the Office"). The Hebrew version is the binding one.
1. The service
1.1. Gali is a Windows application together with a cloud service (Gali Cloud). Together they let the Office's lawyers work on cases with the help of artificial intelligence: chat about a case, drafting documents from the Office's templates, tasks, calendar, mail and a connection to Odcanit.
1.2. Gali is an assistive tool. It is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice. Every document, argument, deadline or action that comes from Gali must be checked and approved by a qualified lawyer before it is used, filed or sent. Professional responsibility towards the client remains with the Office and the handling lawyer.
1.3. A draft with a missing detail is marked [חסר] and cannot be approved until the detail is filled in. Gali will not send mail, write to the calendar or write to Odcanit without the lawyer's explicit approval of that action.
2. Account, licenses and users
2.1. The Office owner opens and manages the account: licenses, invitations, billing and pausing people.
2.2. Each license lets one person work on one computer. An invitation is tied to the e-mail address it was sent to.
2.3. The Office is responsible for keeping its sign-in details safe and for every action taken in its account.
3. Plans, prices and payment
3.1. The current plans, per license per month: Standard, ₪500, including 5 million tokens; Premium, ₪850, including 10 million tokens. Prices are before VAT (currently 18%).
3.2. AI add-on: ₪150 (before VAT) for 1.5 million tokens, valid 30 days, up to 3 add-ons in 30 days.
3.3. Adding a license applies at once, charged pro rata for the days left in the month. Removing a license applies from the 1st of the next month. Licenses cannot go below the number of active and invited people.
3.4. Billing is monthly in advance, by credit card through the payment processor (Cardcom), which also issues the tax invoice.
3.5. If a payment fails, we will try to charge again. If the debt is not settled, the AI service is suspended until payment. Cases, documents and mail on the computer keep working.
3.6. When the monthly AI quota runs out, AI stops until the next month or until an add-on is bought, as the Office has set.
3.7. Gali may change prices with 30 days' notice to the Office owner. The change applies from the month after the notice.
4. Pausing, closing and cancellation
4.1. The Office owner may pause the Office for 1 to 3 months, starting on the 1st of the next month, and for no more than 3 months in any 12 months. While paused there is no charge, and no AI, team sync or phone app. Local work continues.
4.2. The Office owner may close the Office, from the 1st of the next month. After closing, the team-work data in the cloud is deleted and the computers are disconnected after 30 days. The data on the computers stays under the Office's control.
4.3. No refunds. Cancelling, closing or removing licenses applies from the 1st of the next month, and the month already paid is not refunded. AI add-ons bought are not refunded.
5. The Office's information
5.1. The content of cases, documents and conversations belongs to the Office and is kept on the Office's computers. Gali receives no ownership of it or license to use it, other than relaying requests to the AI provider to provide the service.
5.2. Personal information is processed under the Privacy Policy.
5.3. Backup: the information is kept on the computer. Backing it up (Gali offers built-in encrypted backup) and keeping the backup password are the Office's responsibility. Gali cannot restore local information that was lost and not backed up.
6. Permitted use
The Office will not try to bypass the licensing, quota or security mechanisms, will not reverse engineer the software, and will not use the service for unlawful activity. Gali may suspend an account that breaches this section, with notice where possible.
7. Availability and changes to the service
7.1. Gali works for high availability of the service but does not promise uninterrupted service. AI depends on an outside provider. During an outage, local work continues.
7.2. Gali updates the software from time to time, and updates are installed with the user's approval. Gali does not commit to a defined service level (SLA).
8. Liability
8.1. The service is provided as is. AI output may contain mistakes, which is why it requires review (section 1.2).
8.2. To the extent the law allows, Gali's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount the Office paid Gali in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Gali is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, including loss of profit, clients or data.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
A material change will be sent to the Office owner by e-mail and in the product 30 days before it takes effect.
